Visio 2000 conflict with Office 2003

Visio 2000 will not open since I installed Office 2003. I first get a window
that says: "Please wait while Windows configures Office 2003". I then get a
message box that says: " Visio32.exe has generated errors and will be closed
by Windows. You will need to restart the program".
