Visio 2002 Enterprise Architect -- Perpetual loop

Hope someone knows a fix for this problem.

Visio opens and runs. The problem occurs at shutdown. I cannot get it to
close and stay closed. It keeps relaunching. The only solution I have found
that works is using Task Manager to close it by killing the process.

Any ideas?

OS: Windows XP Pro, SP1.
System: Sony VAIO.
Speed: 2.2 GHz
RAM: 1 GB.
Video RAM: 128 MB.
HD: Plenty of space.

Please advise.

Does it happen if you just open Visio and close it?
Does it happen on other machines as well or just this one machine?

There is a "SR-1" for Visio 2002 Enterprise Architect.
Try that version, if you are not already using it, and see if it still
repros.
