Visio Activation Wizard not accepting Product Key

I am trying to activate my copy of Visio 2003. The activation wzard is not
accepting my Product Key.

I was successful finally: without uninstalling the software, I ran the
Setup.exe and selected the Reinstall option when prompted. It took quite a
while to install compared to the original installation, but once done, I was
able to complete the Activation process.

BTW: I called the MS Help line 1.425.545.2030 but they had no help to offer.

activate the program. (In this process I was not asked for the Product
Key.) I have no explanation, but it worked.

I called the MS Help people 1.425.545.2030 but they had no suggestions.

After I posted my reply, I received the following answer from MS regarding a
message to trail.microsoft.com regarding this problem - perhaps if you send a
similar message and include your product key, you also will be successful.

Twice I have installed and tried to activate my trial version of Visio
2003 but each time, an error message appears saying I have entered an
invalid Product Key. But I entered the Product Key that is on the CD

Please send me a valid product code or instructions as to how to
activate my 30 day trial copy.
