Visio_Gantt Chart_how to enlarge the shapes

I am trying to enlarge the shapes in my Visio diagram of a Gantt chart.
This is my first Gantt chart, and I am having an issue changing the shape
size. Any suggestions?

size. Any suggestions?

press Control-A to select the whole shape, this will give a a green
"blob" in each corner and one half way along each axis. These are the
resize handles.
