Visual basic editor help

When the Visual basic editor help is opened in either word or excel, in the
right hand window under the heading, there are no links availble(eg "See
Also" "Examlple" "Specifics") Instead there are boxes with a single dash in.
Is there a fix for this....please!

Which right hand window?

On mine the right hand window is the main client edit area.

Once you have opened Visual Basic Editor, you then need to open the help by
either clicking on Help in the toolbar or the icon with the question mark in
it.
Once this is opened you have the search windows on the left and the results
window on the right and this is where the problem has manifested its self.
