Visual Basic Help Not working?

Hi,
A collegue of mines Office 2000 help doesn't seem to work at all when using
Visual Basic. We've tried reinstalling the individual components of Help
and Visual Basic help as well as the whole of Office itself.

Is there anything else we should be trying?
