VisualInterDev and FrontPage 2002 Server Ext

Can not authenitcate with standard ASP site if frontpage
2002 extensions are installed when using VisualInterDev 6.

Can connect with VisualStudio.Net but do not want as this
is not a .Net site...

Anyone else have this problem?

The latest Server Extensions will not work with FP98 era WEC clients. VID
is affected by that as well.

I should add that I am surmising this based upon what has been reported
here. I haven't actually tried it, but the HTTP stack used by VID is the
same as the one used by FP98.
