Want to add a hyperlink to a custom confirmation form page or add the hyperlink

to the form that would not be able to be used until the
form was completed. Would anyone know how to do this?

Hi,

The hyperlink would be added to the custom cofirmation page just like any
other hyperlink. Perhaps I don't understand the question.
