Any one have any idea what price of Office System is when installed in new
computer?

Also how to contact Microsoft when emailed product key isn't accepted as
valid?

OEMs usually don't break out the pricing for software that they bundle on
systems. A more important question is, "What version do they include on the
system?" I think that many are probably including the "Basic" version, which
doesn't include PowerPoint.

Who emailed the product key to you? If it was Microsoft, they probably included
a way to contact them. If it was the computer manufacturer, you should contact
them.
