want to export the outlook 2000 calendar in Publisher

Good day all,

I want create and print my personal calendar exctracting
the data from my outlook 2000 calendar. I don't like the
way Outlook 2000 is creating the automatic preview as it
cut part of the information recorded.

I would like to export the information registered in the
calendar of Outlook 2000 in Publisher or in another
software in order to better manage the information
recorder in each date.

Any help?????
