Want to know Line no. in which cursor is placed.

I want to design a macro which when run can display the line no. of cursor
position.

Hi Kushal,

MsgBox selection.Information(wdFirstCharacterLineNumber)

if that returns -1, you may have to switch views
around a bit beforehand, like from normal to print view
and back or vice versa.
