Turn off your CAPS LOCK key please. You probably want to use a photo editor
like Adobe PhotoShop, but you might be able to get the effect you want by
playing around with PowerPoint's cropping tool.

This is do-able in PowerPoint. Your going to have to use some sort of photo
(image) editing software
