Watermarks and Page Numbers in Word 2002 (Office XP)

Hi,

I'm working through a number of documents and placing
watermarks on them. I've noticed that the Page X of Y
field that you place in the footer breaks when I insert a
text or image watermark.

Without the watermark, it displays the correct page
number.

When I insert the watermark, the document always says Page
0 of Y (Where Y is the total number of pages).

Does anyone know how to get around this?
