watermarks - removing a printed watermark - HELP

I have a document that I put a DRAFT watermark on during the review process.
I am trying to finalize the documentation, but I cannot get rid of the
watermark. I went to Format\Background\Printed Watermark and checked the "No
Watermark" checkbox, but it still appears on screen and in the printed
document. My deadline is fast approaching and this is a 56 page document.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

View | Header and Footer. Click on the watermark and press Delete.
