Way to limit inbound email format to text?

Is there any way to set Outlook 2000 so that it will not accept html messages? I've specified my Send preferrence as Plain Text, but I still receive html emails. I know that most big mailers send in both formats. Any idea how I can get the text format instead of the html format?
