WBS and Project Templates

Hi,

does anybody have a set of prince 2 related templates that i could use
to some Project Managers how they should be planning as opposed to the
hap hazard way they are planning now. I am interested in the full end
to end cycle as well as any templates relating to aircraft manufacture
as well, in fact being a bit sad i'll admit that the whole scenario of
WBS and creating Prioject templates is becomming a bit of a hobby.....
no more needs to be said i'm sure....

Prince2 document templates are freely available on the UK Prince2 GOV
website on : http://www.ogc.gov.uk/methods_prince_2.asp

However I suspect you are probably looking for project templates, which I
doubt you will find. As you’re probably aware Prince2 defines a generic
project process approach rather than the specifics of your project technical
content, and is not even WBS aware.

However, Prince2 does have all of the fundamental process steps for you to
evolve an aircraft manufacturing plan, you will just need to include the
stages for your specific technology ie aircraft manufacturing.

I’m sorry this doesn’t help you very much, but unless Boeing are feeling
particularly generous. I think your planning must extend beyond the hobby
scenario.

And please don’t tell me you work for Boeing.
