WBS Wizard Error Message 2003 - "writeWBSCHartTxtErr: Type misma

When using MS Project 2003 WBS Wizard, I recieve the following error message
and I am unable to create a Visio diagram.

This error appears in step 1 and the fails the process. Please advise

writeWBSCHartTxtErr: Type mismatch
