Web Based Outlook

How do I implement Outlook on the Web? I run MS Outlook XP and have web space through my ISP. Is this all I need? Also, can someone give me a link with step-by-step instruction

If you mean "Outlook Web Access" (OWA) this is a
feature of the Microsoft Exchange Server.
