Web Development Template

Hi there,
I'm new to the discussion group and have been helped tremendously by
previous questions and answers. Here is a first question of my own.

My company is about to develop a website for a new product/business unit.
I've been asked to come up with a schedule for this procedure and have little
experience in this realm. Would any of you know where I can find a Web
Development Template? I've checked Microsoft's stash and done some limited
web searches. I'm on Project Server 2003.
