Web font changes by itself within a page of Publicsher 2000

I posted the above subject on 01/23 and received the below reply with a link
that would not work...still looking for an answer:

It was answered the same day...

If you have a newsreader (Outlook Express, Windows Mail, others) you would be
far better off using it rather than the web interface
