Web link not work on my custom form

I designed a simple outlook form, also I need to add a weblink on the form
to direct the users to an Internet webaddress.
But no controls in the toolbox can do this, neither the webaddress in label
nor in text field can become a weblink.
Does anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance.
