web link with target to open in the existing browser

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2007 and IE 7. I have an existing IE instance open
that has a frame name of "frameA". And I have an email with web link
with target="frameA" property set. When I click on the link, it opens
a new IE instance and doesn't use the one that's already running. I
tried this on my coworker's machine who's running Outlook 2003 and
IE6. It works fine... when I clicked on the link, it used the
existing browser that was already running. I believe it's the Outlook
that's giving the different results.

Is there some setting in Outlook 2007 that always opens a web link in
new browser instance?
