can u program the web out look to automatically ck for e mail every 5 minutes?

Also can I add different users to my Web Outlook? I have 2 users set up in
my office outlook that I have full control over but when I go to my web
outlook I can only see my identity. Any suggestions?

No. The refresh is controlled by Exchange.

I believe OWA can access only one mailbox at a time.
