Web server and retrieving the login session

Hi
I've made a web server that stands on an 2000 server in our compagny. It
serves intern document.
When clients (employees) connect via their internet explorer on that web
server, I would like to be able to retrieve their login name (the name they
used to open the session on the compagny network) to be able to display
different web page depending of the users.
Where can I retrieve this login name ? The only things I see are the packets
send by the employee IE to my web server.

Does someone have an idea ?
