Can I take an existing template from the Publication wizard, change
some of the graphics, Save it as a template, so when I add new pages
those graphics that were changed are reflected on the new pages.

MS Publisher 2000

File > New brings up Microsoft Publisher Catalog
select Web Sites, and Blends Web Site and Start Wizard.

Without going to each page How could I change those three boxes in the
upper corner to say another shape and keep that shape when I insert a
new page from the Web Site Wizard?
