I am trying to publish to the web but when I do it loads half and than dumps
me out and some times I'll get an error in power point

You need to publish to you HD first, then upload the files and folders to the
web afterwards. You cannot publish directly from PowerPoint to your web site
AFAIK.

I answered this just a couple of hours ago. Publish to a folder on your
harddrive and then upload the contents of the folder to the web.

Also, regarding "some times I'll get an error in power point" -- it usually
helps if you tell us what that error actually says as opposed to making us
guess from among the gazillion error messages PPT might display.
