hello, how I insert webchat in my site? I utilise Publisher.

Christina,

I believe this is a program you will need to install from your web
server. (Check out Fantastico if it is offered.) You would then put a
link to it in the Pub page. You probably will need MySQL enabled and
either PHP or ASP.

The easiest solution is a third party provider such as http://www.bravenet.com
