Webpage db connection

I have a Visio drawing that i connected to an SQL database with automatic
updates. I want to store the page as an webpage. Could I keep the connection
to the database updating the webpage in some way?

The current version of visio supports datalinking/refresh of drawing. The
updating of the web page would be a separate step. MS has announced that the
next version will have additional sharepoint support which may help.
