We are using Outlook 2002, I have a few users that when
using the arrow keys to move up and down through their
Inbox seem to get hung alot when moving past emails with
larger attachments? They are not stopping on the emails
with attachments but just using the up and down arrows to
move past to the message they want. Has anyone seen this>
It's almost like the application is stopping on those
messages or doing some kind of preview even though we do
not use the preview pane at all. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
