Our company recently got new PCs with Windows 2000 and
Outlook XP. Everyone's address books were imported. One
person is having the following problem:
When sending a new e-mail she clicks "To" and choses a
name from her contacts. Instead of entering the name in
the Recipient line Outlook enters a "." or ";" instead.
She has tried typing in the e-mail address but when she
hits send, Outlook puts a "'" before the address and it
won't send it out.
Is anyone having a problem like this??
