Weird problem with word.

Just Another Admin

Hi,

I am having trouble with Ms. Word, this is the problem I am trying to
resolve.

I got 3 Users: Katherine, Alex and Jim

Katherine opens a document and is working on it, then Alex opens the same
document and there is a message that pops and says:

File in Use
<File name> is locked for edit
by Jim

You see the name is the wrong one.. I want to change that I want to know
where we could fix that.

Any help would be great.
