Weird reminder notice

For some reason, I keep getting a reminder notice out of
Outlook, with the current date, but it has a web page in
it that says the site is unavailable. There is no way to
remove it unless I bring up task manager and end the task.
It happens daily. Has anyone else seen this and if so,
what do I do??
