We purchased Office Prof. 2007 and installed it on a computer that has
crashed. We have since gotten a new computer and don't want to have to
purchase all new software... again. Is there a way to install this on
another computer by somehow letting mirosoft now that we are no longer able
to access the software on the original computer on which it was installed?

If you have trouble activating the new install of Office over "the net" then
all youi will have to do is activate via the telephone. Office will supply
the phone number.

If the old PC has 'died' and its a retail edition of Office 2007, having
first uninstalled any trial edition on the new PC, you simply install on the
new PC and if online activation fails you use phone activation and explain
the old installation PC was scrapped.
