WGSETUP in project 2002 with outlook 2002

My project is using Project 2002 Workroup message handler (installed
by WGSETUP), but when opening a mail with a teamupdate object
(mspj.mtm) i get an error message saying there was an OLE
initialization problem. I am also asked to reinstall the workgroup
feature.

Starting openmail.exe without any arguments gives a message that I
don't have any project tasks in Outlook database. Starting
opoenmail.exe with any argument (including the mspj.mtm as first
argument) gives the OLE initialixation problem message.

Does anyone else have had this problem? I'm using Outlook 2002 SP2
(English) as mail program, Project 2002 standard (English) to handle
the project. Everytning is running on Windows XP pro SP 1 (English).
My client company uses Exchange for mail handling. I have reinstalled
the workgroup feature a number of times, ran detect and repair on
project and outlook I have also reinstalled Office XP professional.

I'm out of other thing to try. Anyone have a hint? Any debugging
options I can try? All tips are welcome.

The problem is fixed now. For anyone who runs into this again, here is
what to do:

The problem is descibed in Microsoft Knowledge base KB317469

Instructions are:

Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type cmd, and then press ENTER.
Do one of the following:

If you are using a Microsoft Windows NT-based computer, a Microsoft
Windows 2000-based computer, or a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer,
type cd\Winnt\System32, and then press ENTER.

If you are using a Microsoft Windows 98-based computer or a Microsoft
Windows Millennium Edition-based computer, type cd\Windows\System, and
then press ENTER.
Unregister Msflxgrd.ocx. To do so, type regsvr32.exe /u msflxgrd.ocx,
and then press ENTER.
Reregister Msflxgrd.ocx. To do so, type regsvr32.exe msflxgrd.ocx, and
then press ENTER.
