Workgroup Feature for MS Project 2003 - customizing columns

This is a tough one!

I have the workgroup feature for MS Project 2003 turned on. It required
downloading of additional WGSETUP files. It allows users to request progress
updates from resources by selecting 'Request Progress Information' from the
Collaborate menu option. The resource receives an e-mail with a MSPJ.MTM
file. When opened, a window appears with several columns, including task
name, task start date, task end date, remaining hours, and mon, tues, wed,
thurs, fri. I would like to add another column to this window/view but
cannot find any information on this.

If you have any experience with this, I would REALLY appreciate your help.
This is driving me crazy and I've got people all over me to turn this around
fast. PLEASE HELP!

Hi Kate,

It's been quite awhile since I used the email collaboration features in
MS Project and I don't have them installed currently, so this will take
some exploration on your part.

If I recall correctly, the fields included in the email (*.MTM) file are
controlled through Tools > Customize > Published Fields. I recall that
you are limited to the list of "available fields" in the dialog box, but
with luck, that should get you started.
