what app opens Clip organizer file in XP? I get can't open.

When I try to open a .mgc file I get a message telling me Windows cannot open
the file. How can I open the Clip Organizer catalog (.mgc file) I created?

To open Clip Organizer go Start | All Programs | Microsoft Office |
Microsoft Office Tools > Clip Organizer
