What Happened to the Fax Wizard?

I want to be able to create a template for fax cover
sheets where I can access the address book in outlook
but also include fill in prompts. Word 2002 doesn't have
the Fax Wizard that the older versions used to have.

Someone in the Word user group suggested I post this in
Outlook's .... so there you go!
