What is 'PUBRET.MSI' and where can I find it?

When I try to install Publisher 2002, I get a message that says I need to
"try to find the installation package 'PUBRET.MSi' in a folder from which I
can install the product Microsoft Publisher 2002" I've already tried
browsing to the specific files and using the original installation CD.

Are you certain you are spelling this correctly? msi is a part of the installation
package but I cannot find any reference to pubret...
What version Windows are you using?

I'm getting the same thing. Only, I'm not installing
Publisher, I'm trying to use the Help files in Excel.
When I try to click on a help topic, it spawns the
Publisher 2002 Installation routine, and asks for the
location of the file: Pubret.msi.
Any insight?
