What is This?

All of a sudden, every document I have in Word has all
kinds of gobbledegook at the end. (see example below). To
the best of my knowledge, I haven't done anything fancy
or changed anything. How do I change all of this back to
normal? Please reply to (e-mail address removed).

TUNA CASSEROLE

2-2 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 c. milk
1 can tuna, drained
1 can cr. mushroom soup
1 c. cooked peas
some onion flakes to taste
salt & pepper
dash celery seed

Mix milk and cr. of mushroom soup well; add seasonings &
onion flakes; then peas & tuna. Stir in cooked macaroni.
350 oven for 30 mins. Um, Um, GOOD! ...and fast,
too!!

Look here

Whenever I open a document using File Open all my formatting is gone, and
there is garbage at the end
