kann somebody help me to find out what is wrong in "dim db as database" in
office 2000. its give fault.

Well, for starters if you are trying to use it in Word, Excel,
PowerPoint or Outlook, then chances are it will be an error if you
don't have the right references added.

In order to help you we need more information: What application are
you using? What version? What are you trying to do? An example of your
code would be helpful too.

If you are using Access then you may want to post your additional
information in one of the Access newsgroups in order to obtain a
faster response since few Access folks hang out here. :)
