What type of file is best to import and export Outlook Contacts?

I am trying to move a Micosoft Outlook Contacts folder between computers.
Obviously, Contacts is not a wab folder. How should I save Contacts from
computer A on a floppy disk, ie file extension? I have saved it as a pst
folder, ie backup.pst. However, I have no idea how to import it into
computer B. The warnings about opening pst folders are downright frightening!

Do NOT import a native Outlook file. SImply open it using Outlook's
File->Open->Outlook Data File. Then drag and drop the contents from your
saved .pst file to your current .pst file. Right click on the saved file
and select Close.
