When going on Internet, box called Mail Reg appears. Why?

Each time I go on the Internet a box "Mail Reg" appears and tells me my
connection has been forcefully rejected, however I do get on the Internet.

I have contacted my Internet carrier - Touchtown.us - and they have told me
it is not something they can help me with.

And neither can we since it is not Office related. I would suggest that you
check your system for viruses and spyware. There are a good number of free
programs to keep your computer up to date and spyware/adware free.
Google.com is your friend.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Mean asked:
