when i add predecessor +12 days it doesnt move it 12 working days

when i add predecessor +12 days it doesnt move it 12 working days as defined
by my working hours, instead it counts with not working saturdays, even though
i defined it to work saturdays,
later, i got it to show the right day, but starting in the middle of the day

Hi Trevor,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

You will see more clearly what's going on by selecting a Date format that
includes the time - Tools/Options.../View tab. If you have created a new
project calendar with Saturday as a working day, then you need to select it
in Project/Project Information. Check these points first.

Lag is always calculated from the successor's calendar, if there is one, and
from the project calendar otherwise.
