When I install Office 2000 on my new pc I keep getting this error

I have WINDOWS XP, Home Edition, Sevice Pack 2. I have just got a new PC and
am trying to install Office 2000.

When I install I keep getting this error msg ... Please check file
D:\PFiles\MSOffice\Office\1033\PPINTL.DLL

When I go into the disk the file is there but not loading???? Is there a
patch I need to get?

When I installed it on my last PC, also a Windows XP, Home Edition,
ServicePack 2 there were no problems....
