WHEN I TRY TO SEND/RECEIVE IT SAYS "OBJECT NOT FOUND"

i updated outlook yesterday and now everytime i try to send/receive i get an

What do you mean "updated Outlook"? Did you perform an upgrade, or did you
install a service pack or patch?

I'm sorry, yes it was an upgrade. I'm with Earthlink and Everything is set up
like it was before.

Two options. Either your new version of Outlook has lost the Earthlink POP
set up, in which case go here:

or, your mail profile has been corrupted. In which case look here:

I recently installed Outlook 2002 from a CD. I get the same message about
"object not found". I am also an earthlink customer. I used the download
from support/earthlink but that did not solve my problem. Then I tried to
follow Gordon't instructions "How to create a new profile with an email
account." I used POP3 as the incoming server and SMTP as the outgoing
server. I still get the message that the system could not log me onto the
incoming server. Any other suggestions of what to try next?
