When modifying contacts, Birthdays are created in Outlook

I found a very strange behaviour between Palm addresses and Outlook.
I am using an Outlook XP at home, and an Outlook 2000 SP3 at work. I am
synchronizing them through a Palm OS4.
When modifying contacts at home (Outlook XP), Birthdays are automatically
created in Outlook at work (Outlook 2000) in a big quantity, and all the same
day. In my case, modifications during december 2005 (related to 2006
greetings) were generating more than 100 birthdays on 6/16/2005 (with
recurrance) and more than 100 anniversaries on 6/27/2005. I deleted them ono
by one...
Is it a virus? a bug? What could be the solution?

This is an outlook 2000 BUG. I was able to reproduce it.
When in do a change in the name of my address book. Outlook 2000 generates
AUTOMATICALLY 1 periodic Birthday on June 16th and 1 periodic anniversary on
June 27...
Very strange behaviour.
