when replying, the font type changes to Times New Roman

Hi!

I have my font type set to Verdana on new email and reply
emails. It shows as Verdana while I am typing.

However, if I am REPLYING to an email, the receiver of my
email sees Times New Roman instead of Verdana.

Please help!
