When using Microsoft Fax, is there a way to fax more than one page at a time?

When using Microsoft Fax, is there a way to fax more than
one page at a time?

I assume you're trying to fax more than one document at a
time (rather than more than one page). A method I have used
is to put the links to the documents in a "meta-document"
and print that. Another method is to highlight all the
documents in Windows Explorer and then send them to your
printer, choosing MS Fax as your printer.
