Whenever I try to route a document from Word

I get this message: "A program is trying to access email
addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you wish to
allow this?" and then it goes on about if you don't
expect this, it may be a virus and to select No.

Is this some type of setting I can shut off or is this
normal? I'm only sending the doc internally around the
office, why is the security so paranoid? Can I turn this
off somehow?
