Where are Custom Keyboard Shortcuts Stored? 2000/20003

Got a couple users who went all crazy with custom keyboard shortcuts. We had
to rename his normal.dot and they're all gone now. I can use the Organizer
to recover AutoText, toolbars and stuff, but I can't find the custom keyboard
shortcuts.

That won't help if Normal.dot has been deleted. If it has just been renamed
(as indicated), then opening the renamed Normal.dot and running this would
work. But it will not help in Word using the default Normal.dot.

So I can print them out, but there's no way to copy them over to a new
normal.dot? And MS finds this good?

See http://addbalance.com/word/movetotemplate.htm for step-by-step
instructions on moving / sharing / copying / backing-up customizations
including AutoText, AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments, toolbars, macros,
etc.

The Shortcut Organizer has been out for years and works pretty well. It also
includes a document variable viewer/writer.

Well. Downloaded and tried it. I think the variable works, however nothing
happens when I click on the keyboard one.
